My career began with a six year stretch at Coldwell Banker in Downers Grove, Illinois and Cambria, California, earning coveted designations in the President's Circle. I moved on to Sand Shell Realty before creating my own company, Braemar Real Estate in Cambria. When my son Alan became ill, I relocated to Indiana to support him and ignited my career here through F. C. Tucker and Heritage Realty Group before launching Annette Blevins Realty. I'm licensed as a broker in both California and Indiana, though my focus is solely on the Indianapolis area at this time.

As an active member of the Indiana Association of Realtors and College Park Church, I'm involved in a variety of community missions.
